Love, Actually. This 100-Year-Old Shows You What it Looks Like

This is the rare love story that will make even the staunchest cynic believe. This is the tale of how Felix and Cynthia Fernandez met, told in this ad for a popular e-commerce website.

Decades ago, a young Felix and his hockey team went to their coach's home for a celebration. "While everybody's eyes were on the fried fish, I couldn't take mine off Cynthia (the coach's daughter)," says Felix, now a senior citizen, in the video. "That night I understood the meaning of love at first sight," he says, and thus began a beautiful love story.

Felix mustered up courage and proposed to Cynthia, then 18, with a song. "Her friends had told her it was a big risk because I was a navy fellow from the minesweepers squad.  And because it was war time, they were afraid she would become a young widow," he explains. In spite of her friends' apprehensions, Cynthia said yes.

"I guess I proved her friends wrong; I turned 100 this year," says Felix.

The centenarian is then shown collecting a gift and suiting up for what seems to be a date with his Cynthia.
