For many people, managing their money can be a frustrating and tedious process. However, this extremely young boy from New York seems to know exactly how to spend his pocket money - so well that he could teach adults a lesson in using their money well.

In a post shared on the Humans of New York Facebook page on June 20, a little boy explains the simple way he spends his weekly allowance of one dollar. "There are four sections: spend, save, donate, and invest," he says, adding  that he gets an extra two pennies every month for each dollar he invests. He even goes on to explain how he can transfer money from one 'section' to another should he decide to.

If the spending technique doesn't sound genius enough, you should see how he chooses to use his money.

We'll let you read the post in its entirety to learn more but we will say this - if every earning grown-up chose this method and had the same magnanimity as this boy, the world would be a much nicer place to live in.
