Birdman and The Grand Budapest Hotel may have been the big winners of Oscars, but the Internet rates Patricia Arquette's Oscar acceptance speech more. Much more.
It was the Oscars moment that made Meryl Streep jump out of her seat and scream, "Yes! Yes" over and over again.
Arquette, who won Best Supporting Actress for her role in Richard Linklater's Boyhood, used her acceptance speech to advocate equal pay for women.
"To every woman who gave birth, to every taxpayer and citizen of this nation, we have fought for everybody else's equal rights," said Arquette passionately.
"It's our time to have wage equality once and for all and equal rights for women in the United States of America!"
