For more than 24 hours now, people across social media have been arguing about whether a picture that's gone viral shows a dress that is blue with a black lace fringe or white with a gold lace fringe.
The picture was initially posted on by 21-year-old singer named Caitlin
McNeill, who asked for help in deciding what colour the dress was as she and her friends couldn't agree. Twitter rushed to help and soon #TheDress was trending worldwide.
