Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor is famous for his updates on Twitter.
Speaking on NDTV's show 'Left Right and Centre', Tharoor says even Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has become curious about the twitter phenomenon.
The prime minister's former media advisor Sanjay Baru, however, said Manmohan Singh is not very tech savvy, but he does have a Facebook page.
"Now I noticed there is a Facebook site, which is regularly updated. So, he is on Facebook. But no, he is not a net savvy," Baru said.
