Desperately in need of some workout motivation? Look no further than this awesome video going viral. The short seven-second video shows a K9 officer (aka a police dog) doing push-ups with two (human) officers and it's a huge hit on social media.
According to Al.com, Nitro the police dog is a two-year-old Dutch Shepherd who joined the canine unit at Alabama's Gulf Shores Police Department earlier this year.
In the video, the handsome doggo does push-ups as the Rocky theme song "Eye Of The Tiger" plays in the background.
"K9 Nitro, Officer Cowan and Officer Hancock are getting warmed up and ready to apprehend any bad guys that break the law," the police department writes on Facebook.

Since being on Sunday, the video has been viewed over 700,000 times and shared over 25,400 times.
The video is giving many people a reason to smile.
"It took that dog weeks to train those guys," jokes one person. "Cops, you need to step up your game. Can't you see that Officer Nitro is doing moving pushups?! He is showing you guys up," laughs another.
According to Josh Coleman, the police department's social media coordinator, the workout is part of the hashtag #9PMRoutine trend.
As Al.com reports, the "9 pm routine" is "a friendly reminder to remove valuables from the car and lock up" at the end of the day.
