Pope Francis Met "Baby Pope,'' Reacted the Same Way You Will When You See This

Pope Francis Met 'Baby Pope,'' Reacted the Same Way You Will When You See This

That's one way to get the Pope's benediction. Pope Francis, who made Philadelphia the final stop on his 10-day tour of USA last weekend, was thrilled to spot a miniature version of himself in the crowd lining either side of the city's Ben Franklin Parkway as he drove past.

Baby Quinn Madden's mother Dana had dressed her in an infant-sized replica of the papal robes, complete with the mitre for Quinn's little head. In a video posted on Facebook, little Quinn is held up by her parents above the crowd to get the Pope's attention.

As the Popemobile neared, there was no ignoring 'Baby Pope.' Pope Francis spotted Quinn instantly and sent security to ferry her across the street to him.

Quinn got a kiss on the cheek and her parents received a compliment - the Pope thinks they "have a great sense of humour".

That's a story the Maddens will be dining out on for years.

"Can't believe Quinn met the Pope. Truly an amazing experience! We love You Pope Francis," Dana Madden wrote in a Facebook post.
