For three days now, the BCCI has been making mouths water by sharing pictures of the lunch menu that Team India has been treated to during the India vs England Test at Lord's. Yesterday too, on Day 3 of the Lord's Test, the BCCI took to Twitter to share what the players had for lunch. "A well earned lunch for Team India," tweeted the BCCI, sharing a picture of the menu that included grilled chicken, paneer tikka curry, seared halibut and much more.

The sharing of the lunch menu at Lord's has been a hugely popular move, with each picture raking up thousands of 'likes'. However, one question seems to bug everyone: How will the team play after such a heavy lunch?
Ummm...How can our batsmen bat after this? #IndiaVsEngland https://t.co/qU1oBFr2xp

Will they be able to play at all after eating that stuff. Just wondering though.

Wow, mouth watering, but after having such lunch how can a player be active on the ground,,

While on the first day, the team was treated to dishes like chicken lasagna, paneer tikka curry and apple pie with custard, among many others, the second day saw them being served with banana and date sticky toffee pudding, chicken carbonara, prawns in marie rose sauce and much more.
Take a look:
Delicious and how.

However, given the team's less-than-impressive performance so far, the menus also led to a few jokes:
Absolutely outrageous. You call this....
