These Comics About Typical Indian Things Are So Relatable, You'll LOL

From putting turmeric in everything - from milk to injuries - to the struggle of class 12 board exams, there are some things that only Indians will identify with. Well, this webcomic takes these quintessentially Indian scenarios and hilariously lampoons them. These commonplace 'Indian things' are illustrated by cartoonist, Sailesh Gopalan, and he hits the nail on the head. The Facebook page of Brown Paperbag comics, which has over 88,000 subscribers, puts out a fitting disclaimer too: "A webcomic about brown paper bags with multiple metaphorical connotations subject to individual interpretation so you don't ask me what it means."

The comic series has won itself many fans. "Cartoons that do an exceptional job at describing everyday incidents in a typical Indian family. Some are hilarious," says one commenter on Facebook. "Your comics about the Indian Society is just hilarious and yet realistic! I love your work!
