These Illustrations will Remind Women to Just be Themselves

These Illustrations will Remind Women to Just be Themselves
Brazilian artist Carol Rossetti is breaking stereotypes surrounding women, one illustration at a time.

Her project titled "Women", a series of illustrations that redefine female conventions, has gone viral. All her drawings have one underlying, powerful message - a woman has the choice to be anything she wants be and, most importantly, celebrate being HERSELF.

Rossetti uses her art not only to break myths related to women but also fight "racism, ableism, LGBT issues and many more," she writes on her Facebook page.

The 26-year-old illustrator uses different themes, inspired by daily situations, depicting the many ways women are seen and what they really think about themselves. From how a girl could always be thinner, fatter or just a little more 'lady-like', to finding ways to deal with these 'social attitudes', her posts on women's identity and oppression have struck a global chord.

We hear you, Rossetti -- Women Empowerment, It Is. And thank you for such lovely inspiring art work, here are our top picks:
