This Grandmother's Very Polite Internet Search Made Even Google 'Smile'

As adults navigating a digital world, we sometimes forget the words that can make magic happen. No, it's not 'abracadabra.' The magic words are 'please' and 'thank you'. And this British granny's Google search going viral proves we could all do with some extra politeness, especially on the Internet.

Twitter user and grandson Ben John was flipping through his grandmother's laptop when he chanced upon her extremely polite search on Google, complete with the words 'please' and 'thank you.' Ben snapped a picture and shared it on Twitter and it immediately went viral.

So adorable was Nan's search, even Google couldn't help but tell her she made them smile. About 18 hours ago, the official Google UK handle tweeted Ben's Nan to say: "In a world of billions of Searches, yours made us smile."
