Twitter user and grandson Ben John was flipping through his grandmother's laptop when he chanced upon her extremely polite search on Google, complete with the words 'please' and 'thank you.' Ben snapped a picture and shared it on Twitter and it immediately went viral.
Here's the tweet that's gone viral with over 11,000 retweets and more than 17,000 'likes' since June 10.

So adorable was Nan's search, even Google couldn't help but tell her she made them smile. About 18 hours ago, the official Google UK handle tweeted Ben's Nan to say: "In a world of billions of Searches, yours made us smile."
Dearest Ben's Nan.
