Shared on December 16, the three-minute-long video shows CCTV footage of a thief trying to steal a motorcycle from a house. Details of where this happened aren't available but according to the time-stamp on the video, it took place in 2013.
The video shows the would-be robber crouched outside the gate of the house for a while before finding an appropriate moment to sneak in and make off with his loot - only, fate had something else in store.
Just when you think the thief is going to get away with the robbery, the bike he is wheeling out of the gate gets stuck in it. And try as he might, he just cannot pull the bike free.
Several failed attempts later, someone from the house realizes what's going on and chases the thief away, brandishing a spade.
