Chicago: Two Chicago men are suing a taxi company after they say a driver tried to kick them out of a cab because they shared a short kiss.
Matthew McCrea and Steven White filed a lawsuit Monday against Sun Taxi, saying the driver violated the Illinois Human Rights Act and seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
The Chicago Sun-Times says McCrea gave White a one-second-long kiss during a ride from the airport. The lawsuit says the driver pulled over on the expressway and ordered them out. When they refused, he called the 911 emergency dispatch number and told police they were "making sex" in the cab.
