A baby's day out at the zoo quickly turned into stuff of nightmares when a 185 kg lion charged at him, with full force, only to be stopped by the glass wall of its enclosure. The terrifying incident was caught on camera and is currently going viral all over social media.
The video, captured at the Chiba Zoological Park in Tokyo, shows the two-year-old standing in front of the lion enclosure. After a few seconds of a staring match between the two, the tot is seen turning his back towards the big cat. That's when the king of the jungle takes its cue and sprints towards the little boy.
According to zookeepers, the lion behaves like this every time it sees children, hoping to play with them. Sorry lion, but no parent will allow such a play date.
