The exact moment a traffic policeman ran in front of an oncoming car in order to save a child from being hit by it has been caught on camera. The video, posted on Twitter by People's Daily, China about two hours ago, shows the hero cop saving the child from the scary situation.
Only 23 seconds long, the clip shows the child getting off a scooter and running straight towards oncoming traffic. The kid's mother can be seen trying to park the scooter, which takes enough time for the child to run a decent distance away. The child runs right in the path of an oncoming car and that's when the traffic cop rushes into action. One can only imagine what could have happened if the cop hadn't stepped in.
The incident took place in China's Guizhou province on June 19. Watch the video below:
