Mathura: Police today claimed to have nabbed two alleged ATM hackers from new bus stand area here, and recovered cash and 18 ATM cards from their possession.
"Krishna Kant and Manoj were arrested on a tip-off by an informer. They confessed that they were taking original ATM cards from elderly people and after engaging them in talks at ATM points, they exchanged the original card with the bogus one," SP City Shailesh Pandey said.
"They were taking out money after hacking code number of original card," he said today.
Cash worth Rs 3,000 along with 18 ATM cards were recovered from their possession. "They have been sent to jail," police stated.
