2 Women Injured in an Explosion in West Bengal's Bardhaman
The blast took place at around 8.30 am inside a house
Bardhaman: Two women were injured when an explosion took place inside a house in Bardhaman district this morning.

"The house located at Beguntola village near Ketugram collapsed due to the impact of the blast that injured two women," district SP Kunal Agarwal said.

The blast took place at around 8.30 AM inside the house where bombs were stocked and the splinters injured the women, he said.

The owner of the abandoned mud house, Sanjeev Ghosh, was arrested two days ago at Katwa for a difference case.

On Thursday, a blast in a fire cracker factory in Pingla claimed 12 lives.

The Khargragarh blast in the same district on October 2 last had claimed the lives of two suspected Jamaat-ul Maujahideen Bangladesh terrorists.
