Nainital:
With an aim to control corruption, Nainital District Magistrate Deepak Rawat today shared his mobile numbers with the public and asked them to report complaints regarding corruption straight to him.
Sharing his two mobile numbers with people through a press release, Mr Rawat asked public and public representatives to either call him or send him an evidence in the form of a video or voice recording on Whatsapp in case they find any government functionary demanding a bribe in exchange for doing public work.
"Corruption free governance is possible only through co-operation between the public, their representatives and the administration," the DM said.
