Gurdaspur: A senior police officer in Punjab was robbed of his car at gunpoint on Thursday night.
The Superintendent of Police of Gurdaspur district was traveling on the Jammu-Pathankot highway when the incident happened.
The car was recovered this morning from a jungle area near the spot from where the car was robbed.
The officer's driver sustained injuries in the incident.
