Vadodara:
At least six persons, including two women, were killed today at Dodka village near Vadodara when their stationary car was hit by a speeding truck, police said.
The victims had parked their cars on the roadside and were busy repairing a punctured wheel when the truck hit them and sped away, DSP Vadodara rural Sandeep Singh said.
The occupants, who were killed on the spot, were on their way to Saputara from Ahmedabad when the mishap occurred.
The deceased hail from Amreli district and have not been identified yet, police said.
Two injured girls in the mishap have been admitted to SSG hospital in Vadodara.
