If there is a man who has proven that he can do anything - after being told he can do nothing - it's Srikant Bolla.
This founder and CEO of Asadeep Projects has created a Rs 50 crore venture by employing uneducated disabled employees to manufacture eco-friendly, disposable consumer packaging solutions.
But Srikant Bolla's story is anything but a fairy tale. He was born blind to a family with very modest means. He walked 5 kilometers to attend school for years. He fought with the establishment to earn a right to study science in class 12th. He was rejected by IITs before making it to MIT.
Today, this fearless man's mission is to overcome employment barriers and provide employment to disabled people in India.
