Industry readiness of students results in exceptional placements at UPES

UPES continues to carve out exceptional pathways for its students. This year the campus placements witnessed the participation of over 660 esteemed recruiters from a diverse range of sectors, including IT, Consulting, eCommerce, Oil and Gas, Legal, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Manufacturing, Automobile, Pharma, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Retail, Telecom, and more.  The university also reported a threefold increase in the highest CTC (Cost to Company) offered and a twofold increase in the average CTC, compared to previous years. 

Diverse Industry Engagement and Placement Success

In total, 2,696 students participated in the campus placement process, securing 2,750 offers from more than 660 companies. This year, the roster of companies conducting placement drives read like a who's who of industry giants, including Cognizant, IBM, VMware, EY (Ernst & Young), PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Capgemini, Barclays, KPMG, IKEA and others. Alumni Credit UPES for Success

Placement success has been a constant for many years now and many alumni have had the opportunity to benefit from it. Alumna Muskan Handa, a B.Tech (Hons.) CSE Big Data graduate from UPES, shared her sincere gratitude for the learnings that enabled her placement at Microsoft for INR 50 lakh per annum (PA).
