The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Amrit Raj today shunted four Station House Officers (SHOs) to line duty for their failure to contain crime and transferred another 11 SHOs in order to spruce up law and machinery in Bihar's Patna district.
The SHOs of Kankerbagh, Pataliputra, Srikrishnapuri and Ajamkuan police stations have been sent to line duty for failure to control crime in their jurisdiction, he said.
The SHOs of Bypass, Bahadurpur, Fatuha, Parsa Bazar, Sachivalaya, Danapur, Dhanarua, Shahpur, Masaudhi, Hathidah and Alamganj have been transferred at various police stations in Patna district, SSP Raj said.
