Patna: Eighteen students were injured today after a bus carrying them lost control and fell in a ditch near Chhoti Pahari locality under Agamkuan police station area in the state capital, police said.
Altogether 18 injured students of St. Joseph Convent School were bought at the Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) for treatment out of which 13 were discharged after first aid, NMCH superintendent Dr Shiv Kumari said.
Five seriously injured students were being treated, she said, adding they were out of danger.
The students were on their way home when the accident happened, police sources said.
