Patna:
A head clerk was arrested by Bihar Vigilance Bureau from the office of Programme Officer at Arwal District headquarter, about 55 km from Patna, while taking bribe, vigilance sources said.
Acting on a complaint, vigilance sleuths raided the office of the Programme Officer and trapped Anand Shankar red-handed while taking bribe of Rs 15,000 from a government teacher, sources said.
He was being brought to Patna for interrogation at the state vigilance office.
