- Born on July 27, 1959, Amee Yajnik completed Doctor of Science of Law (JSD) and Master of Science of Law (JSM) from Stanford University. She also has a Master's in Ecology and Environment (MEE) from the Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment (IIEE). She did her LLB degree from Ahmedabad's LA Shah College and BSc from MG Science Institute, Gujarat University.
- Ameee Yajnik has held various posts including Assistant Government Pleader, Additional Public Prosecutor, and Additional Central Government Standing Counsel in the Gujarat High Court. She has served as the Senior Standing Counsel for the Central Board of Excise and Customs from 2008 to 2016.
