The world's top 10 costliest apartment homes

India's richest billionaire Mukesh Ambani's 27-storey skyscraper residence in Mumbai has often been dubbed as the world's costliest property at over $1 billion. Mr Ambani's home, called ‘Antilia', is huge at 400,000-square feet, but smaller units, such as condos or penthouses, dotted across the world's hottest destinations often command huge premiums.

Singapore-based Wealth-X, which tracks the world's richest persons, has come out with a list of the world's top ten billionaire skyscraper homes.

One Hyde Park, London, UK
Penthouse: $226.9 million (Rs 1,360 crore at 60 rupees for 1 dollar)
