The expletive-laced AIB Roast of actors Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor has prompted a barrage of reactions for an against it. The roast has been accused of obscenity by some and praised for its humour by others. Just incidentally, when I make a remotely sexist funny comment, I get bajaoed by the same people who today find AIB really cool.
I don't support hounding of people who make dirty jokes. But that doesn't mean I find making dirty jokes cool. Clean Humour >>> Dirty humour.
Making clean jokes is much harder than dirty jokes. Also get more respect. But dirty jokes do get cheap laughs. To each their own.
An allegation on them is a conviction. An allegation on us is a conspiracy. Always.
