10 flop looks this award season

Madonna at Golden Globes: Madonna nearly had it all at the Golden Globes this year. She scooped the award for Best Original Song, beating Elton John. She even got the last word when acerbic host Ricky Gervais picked on her on stage. What she didn't get, was this dress. The cluttered Reem Acra gown with an ugly layered bottom was a style fail for the pop queen who has always kept style watchers on their toes with her eclectic choices.

Julianna Margulies at Golden Globes 2012: The shiny grape gown from Naeem Khan got a barrage of snarky comments from style watchers. Usually a stunner, The Good Wife actor was panned at last year's Emmys too, for picking a gown which many said was futuristic and compared to a space robot.

Madhuri Dixit at Filmfare Awards 2012: The dazzling smile is mostly what remains of Madhuri Dixit's cover girl traditional style. The off-white net sari does nothing to enhance her ageless diva status.
