A Pakistani Fashion Extravaganza, Starring Pooja Bhatt

Actress Pooja Bhatt and singer Ali Azmat were spotted at the recently concluded Pakistan Fashion Week, walking for designer Deepak Perwani. Some of the country's biggest designers showcased their latest trends and collections in the four-day extravaganza. Take a look.

Veteran designer Maheen Khan turned showstopper for designer Madiha Raza, who made her fashion week debut with her handmade accessories named Spring Myth on Day 1.

Maheen Khan, who is also known as the Coco Chanel of Pakistan, looked quite at ease at she struck a pose for the shutterbugs.

Designer Sadaf Malaterre impressed guests and critics with a flirtatious line in pink.

A model walked the ramp wearing a Nida Azwer creation.

Designer Sania Maskatiya styled a model in a monochrome poncho-style top and complementary cigarette pants.

Designer Fnk Asia's collection varied in style and hues. The range included traditional lehengas, semi-casual skirts and casual dresses.

On the second day, designer Sanam Chaudhri Sheikh showed an interesting take on traditional garments.

Another creation by Sanam was bursting with details.

Musician Shehzad Roy walked the ramp for designer Abdul Samad.

Designer Zaheer Abbas played with the different shades of white. First up was a frothy, meringue-like concoction with metallic accessories.

Next was a classy dress, worn with jeweled belt.

And the last one was a quirky coat dress paired with matching pants.

Design house Gul Ahmed chose white as its dominant theme for the event.

With his designs, Gul showed the creative use of intricate gold work on white outfits.

While the others went for subtle and sober, designer Fahad Hussayn went for the edgy and embellished.

Fahad's models wore elaborate headdresses.

Even the simplest of his clothes were intricately adorned.

The third day witnessed a fusion of themes by designer label Body Focus Museum.

While the embroidery mimicked Chinese folklore, the accessories were nomadic.

Models also showcased other designs from Body Focus Museum collection.

Former cricketer Wasim Akram walked for fashion label Levis.

Models walked the ramp for designer label YQB.

Designer Wardha Saleem had trendy styles to showcase at the fashion gala.

Designer Inaaya put forth a collection of chic urban dresses.

They also had a message.

On the final day of the fashion gala, designer Aamna Aqeel's collection showcased innovative use of embroidery on cigarette pants, capes and tops.

Designer Zahra Shahjehan's collection's prints were inspired by flora and fauna.
