Aamir Khan Hits The Theatre With His Dangal Family

Aamir Khan hosted a special screening of his upcoming movie Dangal on December 20 evening at a Mumbai theatre. Dangal is based on the life of Haryanvi wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained his daughters - Geeta and Bhabita - in wrestling. Mr Phogat was the special guest at the screening on Tuesday. Mr Phogat arrived with his daughters and wife while Aamir posed with Fatima Sana Shaikh, who plays Geeta in Dangal. Sachin Tendulkar and politician Raj Thackeray were also there.

Real life Geeta and Babita posed with Fatima and Sanya Malhotra, who plays Babita in the film.

Aamir attempted to hush the excited lot.

Child actors Zaira Wasim and Suhani Bhatnagar feature as the younger versions of Geeta and Babita in Dangal. Zaira and Suhani met their real-life counterparts on Tuesday.

The paparazzi followed actor Anil Kapoor and his nephew Arjun Kapoor.

Anil Kapoor's son, Harshvardhan, was also with them.

Actor Tusshar Kapoor was way too happy to have scored a show.

Filmmaker Siddharth Roy Kapur, whose UTV Motion Pictures produces Dangal, was also there.

Mohenjo Daro director Ashutosh Gowariker and wife Sunita were also on the list of invitees.

Danny Denzongpa and his family also enjoyed Dangal.
