Aamir Khan: The Kissing King
Given Aamir's long and lip smacking list of kisses, we delved into his filmography and came out with an exhaustive Aamir Khan kissography.

Emraan Hashmi may have earned himself the infamous "serial kisser" tag. But it isn't Emraan who is the real Kissing King of Bollywood, it's Aamir Khan.
The buzz is that Aamir will again lock lips with his leading lady. This time the target is Kareena Kapoor's lips. There are reportedly three kissing scenes in Three Idiots.
Given Aamir's long and lip smacking list of kisses, we delved into his filmography and came out with an exhaustive Aamir Khan kissography. -
It was in Aamir's debut as a hero, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988) that he first left an indelible mark with his lips on Bollywood's kissing history.
Aamir and Juhi Chawla's upside-down kiss came a good 14 years earlier than the famous Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst's Spider-Man kiss. -
Though the 1980s wasn't a very kiss-friendly decade for Bollywood, Aamir made the best of the opportunities that cousin and debutant director Mansoor Khan handed his way. The result, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak had more kisses than most of the other films, released at the time, put together.
-
Aamir and Juhi's next release was Love, Love, Love (1989). With three times the love in the title itself there had to be at least one fleeting kiss.
Aamir literally stole a kiss from Juhi who was just giving him a peck on the cheek. With a timing that many cricketers would be envious of, Aamir turned his head at the precise moment to make his lips meet Juhi's. -
Madhuri Dixit was also no stranger to the kiss. Her kissing scenes with Vinod Khanna in Dayavan (1988) and with Anil Kapoor in Parinda (1989) were already a rage. So when Aamir and Madhuri came together in Dil lips were bound to meet.
-
Mahesh Bhatt took It Happened One Night (1934) and cooked it in Bollywood spices to serve us Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin (1981). For Aamir the title could as well have been Lips Hain Ki Manta Nahin as he couldn't resist a tiny-winy peck with the director's daughter, Pooja Bhatt.
-
In the early 1990s, Pooja Bedi spelt sexiness for the Indian male. First the sizzling Kamasutra condom ads and then her steamy Bollywood debut in Jag Mundhra's Vishkanya (1991).
So when she played a Veronica-like-role in Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992), it was obvious that sparks would fly and lips would meet. So Veronica (Pooja) and Archie (Aamir) kissed while Betty (Ayesha Jhulka) looked on. -
Ever since making his kissing debut with Juhi Chawla, Aamir Khan seemed to be partial towards Juhi's lips. The romantic comedy Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke (1993) had the duo locking lips again.
-
The courtroom drama Kramer vs Kramer (1979) was the 'inspiration' behind Akele Hum Akele Tum (1995). While Aamir romanced Manisha Koirala in flashback, director Mansoor Khan ensured that his cousin's lips also got ample opportunity showcase their prowess.
-
Baazi (1995) may be best remembered for Aamir's drag queen act as Julie Braganza, but there was also a sizzling Mamta Kulkarni-Aamir scene where Mamta nurses an injured Aamir and puts an ice cube to good use.
-
In 1996 came Raja Hindustani and also what is perhaps Aamir's hottest kiss yet. Aamir and Karisma Kapoor's kiss in the rain was reportedly the longest kiss (over 40 seconds) in Bollywood history.
Though, Karisma's younger sister Kareena is set to break the kissing record with beau Saif Ali Khan in her forthcoming release Kurbaan. -
The chemistry between Aamir and Juhi's lips was again on display in the 1997 comedy Ishq.
This kiss was different from Aamir's other kisses. It was two kisses for the price of one. First, it wasn't the usual romantic kiss, but more of a comic kiss. Second, while Aamir starts the kissathon, the lady isn't all coy and she kisses back with greater vigour.
As if not satisfied with their kiss in full public view, Aamir and Juhi steal another kiss, more privately, in the mandatory song that followed. -
In Ghulam (1998) Aamir invited Rani Mukerji to Khandala and what did they do there? Kissed, of course! In the rain, but inside the car.
-
The 2000 film Mela is an entirely forgettable one. The only thing worth remembering from the movie was the registration number of Aamir and brother Faisal's truck - HUM 420.
But not the one to give up, Aamir (with a little help from Twinkle Khanna) left the mark of his lips even on this dud of a film. -
Aamir's last memorable kiss was in the 2006 blockbuster Rang De Basanti. While others around him were grooving to the beats of Khalbali, Aamir was busy desmonstrating his labial abilities to Alice Patten.
Even at 44, Aamir Khan hasn't given up playing a college kid and it also seems unlikely that he'll be ready to give his lips some rest anytime soon.
