Abhishek Bachchan Plays With Chennaiyin FC Colours

Actor Abhishek Bachchan was in Chennai on October 9 to unveil the jersey of the Indian Super League frachise Chennaiyin FC, of which he is a co-owner. The actor was joined by some players from his team as well as co-owner Vita Dani and Srini Gopalan, the CEO of the team's main sponsor Ozone Group.

Mid-way through the press conference, the actor brought out the team's blue jersey with his name written on it's back. Blue is also the colour of Abhishek Bachchan's favourite football team Chelsea FC.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stood in the stands, alongside her husband Abhishek Bachchan, as his team Jaipur Pink Panthers became the champions of the inaugural Star Sports Pro-Kabaddi League on August 31 in Mumbai.

While Abhishek celebrated his victory, actor Ranbir Kapoor embarked on his sporting journey as he unveiled the logo for his Indian Super League team, Mumbai City FC, in Mumbai on August 30.
