Remember the Hollywood movies where you drool as much over the clothes and styling as over the plot? Now comes an Indian movie that promises to give glimpses of high street fashion in India and set a benchmark for Bollywood...
The film Aisha will see actress Sonam Kapoor embrace dresses that are soft and flowery, including a nude tulle flowery one with a bow and small pearls. The creator of this 'new-look' wardrobe is Dubai based designer, Ayesha Depala. (Text: PTI) -
"In the film, Aisha Kapoor is a girl from Delhi. She loves her clothes and animals. She is very feminine and fashion forward," said Depala.
As seen in this picture, Sonam is wearing a very conserative and stylish ensemble. The bubble sleeves of her blouse gives her a Snow White kind of appearance, especially with the contrast of her dark hair against her fair skin.

Promos of Aisha, produced by Anil Kapoor's younger daughter Rhea, are looking very stylish. All the female leads look chic and sophisticated. The effort that has gone into the clothes may remind the audiences of glamorous-looking movies like Devil Wears Prada, Priceless and Sex and the City. (Text: PTI)
Here, Sonam can be seen in a nude one-shoulder shift with black leggings, sporting a black Lady Dior top handle bag and ballerinas. Her face structure is complimented with a pair of larger-than-life sunglasses and a berret to top off the look (literally).
Ira Dubey is seen in deadly knee-length boots, ultra-short shorts and an emporer Mickey top. All the while, keeping it casual.

Seems that Sonam's wardrobe has been inspired by that of Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl. She is wearing a tweed outfit with the signature Blair headband. Ira carries on the the Chinese Emporer inspired ensemble, whereas, Amrita Puri carries her image as the simple girl-next-door.
