Celebrity British lawyer Amal Clooney, wife of Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney, who is on a four-day official visit to Athens, Greece, wowed the world in a series of fashionable appearances. The human rights lawyer is advising the Greek government on how to reclaim the ancient Elgin Marbles statues from Britain.

For her visit to the Greek Ministry of Culture and Sports on October 14, Amal wore a beautiful mint striped dress accessorised with a Ballin bag and brown sunglasses.

She chose a white Chanel suit for her visit to the Acropolis Museum.

On her arrival at the hotel, Amal looked businesslike in a white short sleeve knit cardigan and khaki trousers.

Newlyweds Amal Alamuddin and George Clooney made a public debut as husband and wife on September 28 in Venice, Italy.

The couple were spotted exiting the Cipriani Hotel, where they were staying after getting married a day earlier.

George follows his wife as they hop onto a waiting water taxi. Wedding bands were on display on their hands.

George and Amal took the taxi to another waterfront hotel on the grand canal where their other guests are staying.

Amal and George, all smiles, waved to the crowds who lined up to watch them.

The Love Boat: Amal and George were in a taxi named ‘Amore ' which means ‘love' in Italian .

The actor looked dapper in a grey suit while Amal was lovely in a white dress with colourful floral embroidery by Giambattista Valli.

The couple will also have a civil marriage ceremony on September 29 at the 16th-century Cavalli Palace near the hotel where they got married on September 27.

The Clooneys were followed by an entire cavalcade of bodyguards, media persons and tourist boats as they made their way along the Grand Canal.
