  • Arjun Kapoor was born on June 26, 1985 to producers Boney Kapoor and Mona Shourie. He is the grandson of filmmaker Surinder Kapoor and the nephew of actors Anil and Sanjay Kapoor. Stepmother Sridevi, first cousin Sonam and producer Rhea Kapoor are also a part of his filmy family. He has a younger sister named Anshula and is half-brother to Sridevi's daughters Jhanvi and Khushi.

  • Arjun was very young when his parents separated and his father married actress Sridevi. Mona Shourie and both Arjun and Anshula continued to live in the family home until Ms Shourie's death in 2012.

  • Arjun recently confessed to having dated Arpita Khan, sister of Bollywood actor Salman Khan. They broke up after two years. The actor has been romantically linked with his 2 States co-star Alia Bhatt but the actors have so far refused to comment on the reported relationship.
