Indian Idol 6 judge Asha Bhosle will soon be seen judging another reality show, Sur Kshetra, along with legendary sufi singers Runa Laila from Bangladesh and Abida Parveen from Pakistan. The show is a sing-off between contestants from Indian and Pakistan.

The show, which will start airing on September 8, is currently making headlines because Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has objected to the presence of singers from Pakistan and Bangladesh.
In response to an MNS letter asking her not to be a part of the show, Ashaji said she was only a singer and not a politician.
