    The 29-year old actress, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Romain Dauriac, is said to be filming her scenes as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow in The Avengers: Age Of Ultron on a fast track while she can still fit into the tight black catsuit her character wears.
  • In 2011, actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan lost her role in director Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine after she announced she was pregnant. She was replaced by Kareena Kapoor amid much acrimony and accusations from Bhandarkar of having hidden her pregnancy from him.
  • Sridevi shot Judaai opposite brother-in-law Anil Kapoor in 1997 while she was three months pregnant with her eldest daughter Jahnvi. Judaai was her last film for 15 years, during which time she had second daughter Khushi with husband Boney Kapoor.

The leading cast – Marilyn Monroe and Tony Curtis – were allegedly having an affair despite being married to other people. When Marilyn fell pregnant during filming, she believed the father was Tony Curtis and not husband Arthur Miller. This story ended in a tragic miscarriage for Marilyn.
  • Reese Witherspoon was five months pregnant with son Deacon while filming Mira Nair's Vanity Fair (2003). The full skirts of the period costumes helped disguise her bump as did strategically placed furniture on set.
