Bollywood's big punches and slaps

Shah Rukh Khan: The usually suave SRK reportedly lost his cool and bopped one to Shirish Kunder, film editor and director but still better known as Farah Khan's husband. After a day and half of various versions which led to the brawl at Sanjay Dutt's party making front page “news”, peace prevailed, mediated by two Sajids – Farah's brother Sajid Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala.

Salman Khan's famous fights with SRK, Vivek Oberoi and John Abraham:Unlike SRK, Salman Khan is known to flip at the slightest needling. He has got into verbal spats and brawls with co-stars, fans and even the media. His feuds with John Abraham and Vivek Oberoi have made headlines. At Katrina Kaif's birthday bash in 2008, Salman had his now infamous spat with Shah Rukh, and since then the two haven't seen eye-to-eye. Salman even fought with producer Bunty Walia at Maanyata Dutt's birthday party in 2011. Apart from getting into a fistfight with shutterbugs trying to click Katrina Kaif, he was also in the news recently for slapping a fan at Anil Kapoor's birthday party.

Abhishek Bachchan: He had apparently damaged a photojournalist's camera while shooting for Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai in Delhi. This spat apparently happened when Abhi tried defending the producer's sister on the streets of the capital. A case was filed and later withdrawn when Bachchan Sr sent money to the photographer to buy new equipment.

John Abraham: He lost his temper when some guys made a nasty pass at then girlfriend Bipasha Basu in a Mumbai nightspot in March 2003. John reportedly thrashed the men till the pub management stepped in.

Sanjay Dutt: Under the influence of alcohol, Sanjay Dutt lost his cool when his fans tried to click his pictures at a Mumbai hotel in 2005. Both the parties almost came to blows, before Sanju was whisked away.

Govinda: He slapped a fan on the sets of Money Hai to Honey Hai in 2008. According to the actor's secretary, the miscreant had been misbehaving with the staff and kicking the actor's chair in between shots.

Sunny Deol: He got into an ugly spat last year with the director of Yamla Pagla Deewana, Samir Karnik when the latter made a snide remark about Sunny's relationship with Dimple Kapadia at the bash held at the Deol residence. Consequently, Samir is no longer a part of the film's sequel.

Sohail Khan: He roughed up Kirron and Anupam Kher's son Sikander Kher after he reportedly passed a cheeky comment about brother Salman in December 2005.

Zayed Khan: In early 2004, Zayed reportedly bashed up two NRIs for trying to gatecrash his friend and co-star Esha Deol's birthday party. He also got into a spat with DJ Ryan, at a Worli nightspot owned by his brother-in-law, DJ Aqueel.

Aditya Pancholi: Kangana Ranaut who had an alleged affair with him, later accused him of physically abusing her. He had earlier been arrested for slapping a constable in 1996.
