Danish heartthrob Mads Mikkelsen won the Best Actor award for his potrayal of a man ostracized by his small-town community when he is accused of child abuse in the movie The Hunt. Mikkelsen is familiar to Hollywood watchers as Daniel Craig's nemesis in Casino Royale.
