Hollywood stars like Cate Blanchett, Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan set the red carpet on fire at the British Academy Film Awards held in Royal Opera House in London on February 14. Cate, who held a nomination for Leading Actress for her role in Carol, was stunning in a black, embroidered Alexander McQueen gown.

Joining her in black was another Kate, who looked beautiful in an Antonio Berardi ensemble. She added a pop of colour to her look with a red clutch. Kate won Best Supporting Actress for Steve Jobs.
Saoirse, who was nominated for Leading Actress for Brooklyn, framed a dazzling picture in a black off-shoulder Burberry dress.
