First Look: Chitkabrey – Shades of Grey

Bollywood and Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan is following in the footsteps of John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh and will shed his clothes for his upcoming film Chitkabrey.

Touted to be different, the film features not one but seven seductresses - Divya Dwivedi, Khushbhu Gupta, Puja Gupta, Jaswinder Gardner, Svetlana Manolyo, Akshharaa Gowda and Susanna Mohan.

Based on the story of seven couples brought together by chance, this drama is an attempt at breaking stereotypical boundaries, after all, nothing is black or white – only shades of grey.

Reports suggest that the film will also have skin-show aplenty, beginning with Ravi Kishan and on to Svetlana.

Ravi Kishan essays the role of a puppeteer of sorts. His character, Rakesh Chaubey is a troubled man, who is out to expose the the world for what it is.

He masters the lives of those around him and and steers them towards the path of self realisation.

A social drama with a bold outlook, the film also stars Akshara Gowda, who has also been making headlines with her dare-bare scenes from the film.

Apparently, the Censor Board hasn't taken too kindly to all the lovemaking scenes. Despite an A certificate, the film faced 32 cuts.

Director Suneet Arora said, "Initially, the Board gave the film 32 cuts, in spite of giving it an A certificate. We argued and re-edited the film and then the Board came down to seven cuts. We haven't got the new certificate yet but things seem to fine now. We had to justify why the scenes were like that...

Chitkabrey is slated for release on August 26, 2011.
