Pinto, who was being followed by photographers, was unaware about the fan's presence and turned to have her picture taken and accidentally bumped into the woman who was sent flying into the road as a car approached, said a report.
"As Freida turned around, she bumped into the fan because she didn't see her. Afterwards, Freida made sure the woman was okay. It was quite a shock for all, especially Freida and the fan," a witness said.
