Gauri Chhibber was born in New Delhi on October 8, 1970. She went to Modern School and then graduated in history from Lady Shriram College. -
Gauri met Shah Rukh in 1984 and the two got married on October 25, 1991 after a courtship that seemed scripted by Bollywood - her family disapproved, she fled to Mumbai, he followed her and eventually tracked her down on a beach and asked her to marry him. -
In the 1990s, Gauri hosted a weekly Hindi music countdown show called Oye for MTV. -
Gauri and Shah Rukh have three beautiful children together. Aryan was born on November 13, 1997 and Suhana on May 23, 2000.
The couple's third child AbRam was born on May 27, 2013 through surrogacy. -
Gauri Khan ventured into showbiz with her husband in 2002, when they co-founded the production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, in which she served as the main producer. Farah Khan's film Main Hoon Na was the first film to be produced by the production house and turned out to be a runaway hit. -
