  • According to reports, Rajini had also requested his fans not to attend Soundarya's wedding ceremony. In a statement the actor said that though he wanted to invite all the fans to his daughter's marriage, he was unable to do so because of space constraint and logistic reasons.   • One of the most talked about marriages was that of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai on April 20, 2007. After much speculation concerning their relationship, their engagement was announced on January 14, 2007. The announcement was later confirmed by his father Amitabh Bachchan.
