IIFA's best-dressed stars

Here's a look back at who wore what and ruled the IIFA green carpet.

  • Jacqueline Fernandez, Manav Gangwani, 2010: The Sri Lankan beauty went traditional all the way in an all-white Manav Gangwani saree, with silver embellishments. We wish she'd left her lovely locks loose though.
  • Lara Dutta, Gustavo Cadile, 2010: The former Miss Universe wore a stunning beige mermaid-bottom gown, which accentuated her curves. That said, there's nothing not to like in this look.
  • Kangana Ranaut, Manav Gangwani, 2010: Kangana was at her old, stunning best in a green Manav Gangwani number, but disappointed with the hair. She should have flaunted those lovely earrings!
  • Katrina Kaif, 2007: Back in those days, pink wasn't the only colour in Barbie Kat's wardrobe. In her curvy, pre-Sheila days Kat used to experiment with everything, from lace to greys. We like!
  • Kareena Kapoor, Manish Malhotra, 2010: Bebo tapped good friend and celebrity designer Manish Malhotra's shoulder for a simple red and green saree. She gets everything right, and so does her man. Swoosh!
  • Anushka Sharma, Mango, 2008: Anushka kept it short and sweet in a two-toned Mango dress. It borders on too casual, but we think the sassy star can pull it off!
  • Deepika Padukone, Versace, 2008: DP radiated a special glow as she clung to then boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor in an off-shoulder Versace number. We think it was the love in the air that made the look work- she wore it again to Shruti Seth-Danish Aslam's wedding, without the glow!
  • Bipasha Basu, Anamika Khanna, 2010: Bipasha ditched the predictable skin show trend for a more desi look- the red-pink colour tones contrasted beautifully on the green carpet and she even adorned her forehead with a bindi. Bravo!
  • Priyanka Chopra, Manish Malhotra, 2009: Desi girl PC knew how best to wear a saree- backless and keeping the accessories minimal.
  • Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, 2009: No list is complete without style-queen Ash. Hubby Abhishek suited up to match Ash's class in the light green saree.
