International Emmy Awards Red Carpet: Radhika, Kubbra, Nawazuddin Take India To New York

Actors Radhika Apte, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Kubbra Sait along with directors Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar and Vikramaditya Motwane took India to New York at International Emmy Awards, where India featured in five categories.

Sacred Games was nominated in the Best Drama Series category - the prize went to McMafia. Lust Stories was in the running for the Best TV Movie/Mini-Series category (Safe Harbour took the award home).

Radhika Apte looked stunning in a lazercut Iris van Herpen dress. She was nominated in the Best Actress category for her role in Lust Stories. Hungarian actress Marina Gera won for her role in Orok Tel (Eternal Winter).

Kubbra Sait wore a shimmery Gaurav Gupta gown. Anurag Kashyap wore a bandhgala while Nawazuddin suited up.

Anurag Kashyap, one of the four directors of Netflix anthology Lust Stories, also posed with his co-directors Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee.

The team of The Remix on the red carpet. The show was in the running for the Non-Scripted Entertainment award - The Real Full Monty: Ladies' Night won.

Sadhana Subramaniam's documentary on honour killings, titled Witness: India's Forbidden Love, was also nominated. Bellingcat - Truth In A Post-Truth World won in the Best Documentary category.
