Kamal Haasan is All for a Swachh Bharat On His Birthday
Actor Kamal Haasan, who was nominated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Swachh Bharat campaign, contributed to the drive by cleaning up Madhambakkam lake in Chennai on his birthday today.

Mr Haasan told NDTV, "On their birthday people usually cut cakes, but we are proud to cut garbage away from the social environment. We have joined hands with a lot of people who are knowledgeable in this field, and we hope to connect with more people in the state and around the country." He also shared his plan to clean up 10 lakes.
