Taimur and Kareena dropped by Karan Johar's Mumbai home on Sunday and spent the day with Karan Johar's twins Roohi and Yash. Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor and Manish Malhotra were also spotted arriving at Karan Johar's residence.
