Mallika Sherawat's promotional campaign for Hisss recently extended to Mannarasala Temple. The actress, dressed in a white saree with a red blouse, mundu and flowers for accessories, was seen praying to Sree Nagaraj as the release draws closer.
A look at Mallika Sherawat in her soon-to-release movie Hisss. Mallika, is said to have left no stone unturned to play the part of a snake right, as she is seen spewing venom and shedding her clothes in the movie.
Hisss is directed by Jennifer Lynch, and special effects designer Robert Kurtzman was responsible for developing the look of the snake woman in the film.
The movie follows the snake woman's story, also an old Indian myth, where her mate is captured by an American hunter and she decides to take revenge in her rage.
The movie is partially based on the Curse of the Cobra Goddess, where is a snake woman is enraged, the entire population must suffer her wrath till she gets her due.
"The media, my fans gave me such a gr8 welcome home @ the airport, even at 2AM! I m humbled," she posted a message on microblogging site Twitter after landing.
